"A photogenic spot for bubbles in downtown Sonoma! I've had this spot bookmarked for quite some time, and had a lovely first experience. Located just steps from Sonoma Plaza, there is street parking all around, but we took the complimentary shuttle from our hotel which is very convenient for a day of sipping bubbles. SIGH does not take reservations (first come, first served) but we had no trouble snagging a prime spot at the bar on a Friday afternoon. Morgynne was our server and super knowledgeable, giving detailed descriptions of wines we tried, and was patient with us, taking our sweet time enjoying our glasses and documenting our visit. I had the Champagne Flight ($35) and the #YEShusband had the Rosé Flight ($25). The Champagne flight included pours of: Champagne G.H. Mumm Grand Cordon Brut, Champagne Monthuys Brut, and Champagne Château de Bligny Grande Réserve. The Rosé flight included pours of: Cuvée Françoise, Langlois Brut Rosé, and Lucien Albrecht Brut Rosé. We also ordered some additional post-flight glasses of the Schramsberg Mirabelle Blanc de Blancs and Lucien Albrecht Brut Rosé to cap off our time at SIGH. Everything about SIGH is top notch: from the selection of bubbles ranging from California noteables to European standouts, to the curated decor and vibes, this is a must stop when you're in Sonoma. Thank you to Morgynne and the whole SIGH team for a memorable visit-we will definitely be back!"
