"Definitely better going on the weekday. Fewer people and easier to explore. Give it at least 2.5 hours including wine tasting. The wine selection was less than places like V. Sattui. But really, you’re here for the atmosphere and the cool castle. The 5 wines I had were really good, but don’t plan to get drunk on it because the amount of wine sums up to about a glass. I made a reservation ahead for wine tasting at $60/person. The tip is optional but highly encouraged if the waiter is good and mine was. However, you have to tip separately. My way to accept cash, Zelle or Venmo. If you like Italian history and cannot afford to fly there, I would recommend this place."
