Popular Wines
"B Cellars was cooler than cool. Levi was our wine guide and he gave us a private tour before setting us up for a delicious lunch and wine pairing. The food was all excellent and the wines paired perfectly. The service was among the best we’ve experience anywhere. I don’t know that they fit the description of “hidden gem” anymore, because they are actually producing a lot of wine know but they are certainly an under-the-radar spot that could very easily become a premier Napa experience. What I found most notable is they are executing a very wide variety of style at a high level. Our favorites were a Super Tuscan blend and a Right Bank Bordeaux blend, but there were multiple Pinot Noirs and Chards that were memorable as well."
