"We recently dined at Bottega in Napa, and overall it was a memorable experience with a few highs and lows. We started with the fried risotto balls — eh. The Brussels sprouts salad had great flavor, but I wasn’t a fan of the fact that the sprouts were raw. For entrées, the Rabbit Rigatoni had incredible flavor — rich, savory, and comforting — but the pasta itself was way too al dente, almost crunchy. On the other hand, the short ribs completely stole the show! They were tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection — truly the highlight of the night. Desserts were a bit of a mixed bag. The basil panna cotta was interesting but just okay. The tiramisu unfortunately missed the mark, but the chocolate donuts were an absolute hit — warm, rich, and perfectly sweet to end the meal on a high note. Great cocktails wine corkage is $50/bottle."
